EPA Renovator Training Course-Initial Training

If you do remodeling or renovation projects, disturbing more than 6 square feet of potentially contaminated painted surfaces in any home, childcare facility, or school, EPA requires you to be a Certified Renovator as of Sept. 30, 2010 in order not to be fined by EPA.  Fines start $35,000 for a violation.  The Home Builders Association will be offering these courses. Please click here to find out when our next class is scheduled.
